Kelsey Hoppes (Ph.D Archaeology in Progress) successfully defended her independent research paper “Lost in the Details: Identifying a Multicultural Settlement through Attribute-Based Pottery Analysis in Northeastern Nebraska.” Her committee included Dr. Douglas Bamforth, Dr. Samantha Fladd, and Dr. Scott Ortman.
