Dawa Lokyitsang has just been awarded a Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad grant for her PhD research on "Kinship and Sovereignty in Exile: Care Interventions and Education in the Tibetan Refugee Community." Dawa is currently in India on a Wenner-Gren Doctoral Dissertation grant, so this is doubly excellent news. She will now be able to have significant time in the field which is truly something to celebrate. Congratulations to Dawa!
