Forever Buffs Washington, D.C. is one of many chapters, all volunteer-run, which bring the CU Boulder experience to you, no matter where you roam.
Our Forever Buffs chapter hosts a variety of events from Buffs watch parties, volunteering opportunities, family-friendly outings and more to help you connect with Buffs in your community.

Let the East Coast know you love the University of Colorado with a CU-themed Maryland license plate ... and help a student at the same time! It's easy with our license plate program.
Simple step-by-step process to obtain your CU license plate in Maryland:
- Make a $50 donation to the Forever Buffs Washington D.C. scholarship fund. Select Washington D.C. Alumni Scholarship Fund from the "Designation" drop down menu. This fund helps students in the D.C. area attend CU-Boulder.
- Once the CU-Boulder Alumni Association receives confirmation of your donation, we will send you an application form for the Maryland DMV along with a letter confirming your donation.
- Fill out the application form for your CU license plates.
- Take the completed application form and the letter confirming your scholarship donation to the your local DMV to complete your registration and purchase of CU license plates in Maryland!

CU’s Career Services office offers a bevy of resources for alumni, including, but not limited to online career-related webinars and teleclasses, career counseling, and tips for résumés, cover letters, and interviews.
LinkedIn is a great tool for advertising your work experience and skills, managing professional contacts, and learning about potential job opportunities. Forever Buffs Washington D.C. Alumni Scholarship Fund
Our alumni chapter scholarship provides a one-time scholarship for a CU student from the D.C. area. To contribute to this fund, please click here. Select Washington D.C. Alumni Scholarship Fund from the "Designation" drop down menu.
CU in D.C. Internship Mentorship Program
The CU in D.C. Internship Program allows current CU students to complete coursework while gaining experience at a professional internship in Washington, D.C. The Forever Buffs Washington D.C. Chapter has established a program that pairs alumni mentors with CU student mentees while they complete their studies and internships. If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please send an email to dcforeverbuffs@colorado.edu.
