Veterans January Orientation

Veteran and Military Affairs will host an extended New Veteran Student Orientation on January 4 & 5, 2027. This program is designed to help student veterans become more familiar with the CU Boulder campus and enhance their understanding and utilization of VA benefits. This program is designed for new veteran, active duty, or national guard students who are classified as first year or transfer undergraduate students. 

Program Details

The Veterans Orientation will run January 4 and 5, 2027, 9 AM to 4:30 PM on the CU Boulder Campus. 

Sessions will include: 

• Overview of VA Benefits 
• Overview of Financial Aid 
• Student and Faculty Panels 
• Library Workshop 

The program provides free breakfast, lunch, and parking on campus. Participants who attend the full program will receive a $250 stipend applied to their CU Boulder account.
