When you submit this form: Your mentor will receive an email asking them to submit the "Individual Conference Travel Mentor Endorsement" form that will include a link and instructions to access the form. Successful submission of the "Individual Conference Travel Mentor Endorsement" form will complete your application and begin the review and selection process.  You will receive an email notification when your mentor completes this step; check with your mentor if you do not receive a completion notification. You'll be notified of funding decisions by email from urop@colorado.edu.
