Acceptance Form for Team Projects

Before accepting offers, we encourage faculty to review this information carefully. Faculty must accept Team Grant offers using the acceptance form linked in their decision notice or offers could be withdrawn. The acceptance form asks faculty to review their information for accuracy and agree to the grant terms and conditions below.

Timeline for Team Project Grants

April 25, 2025 - Grant Acceptance Due
May 12-23, 2025 - Transfer Window
August 15, 2025 - Team Mentor's Final Survey Due
August 29, 2025 - Team Member's Final Survey Due
August 20, 2025 - Grant End Date

April 25, 2025 - Grant Acceptance Due
August 25-29, 2025- Transfer Window
April 10, 2026 - Team Mentor's Final Survey Due
April 24, 2026 - Team Member's Final Survey Due
May 1, 2026 - Grant End Date

The next deadline will be February 13, 2026 and will award proposals in Summer 2026 and Academic Year 2026-27.
