Expectations for Conference Travel

When awarded funding, UROP expects students to

  1. Maintain eligible status as an undergraduate at CU Boulder throughout the award period.
  2. Complete all applicable university compliance procedures related to university-sponsored travel.
  3. Respond to UROP communications in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain communication with their mentor.
  5. Participate in the conference or exhibition to the best of their ability.
