I understand

I understand that the UMC will hang and secure my submission, and they are not responsible for damage, destruction, theft or other mishandling of the submission. Should any damage, destruction, theft or other mishandling of the submission be suspected, the UMC will file a police report with campus authorities.
I agree

If the above-named submission is selected into the Student Arts Program, I agree to transfer ownership of it to CU Student Government (CUSG). If at some later time CUSG decides to give up its ownership of the submission, the submission will first be offered back to me and should I choose to reclaim it, I must do so within 30 days of the notice date. If I do choose to reclaim my submission, I must do so with my own means (i.e. CUSG will not pay to deliver, ship, etc., the submission). If I do not reclaim my submission within 30 days, I understand that CUSG may then sell the piece, or transfer ownership to another university department, entity or individual as it sees fit.
I understand

I understand that if the above-named submission is selected into the Student Arts Program, I as the owner am responsible for bringing the piece in its highest-quality form to the UMC to be displayed. For pieces that are printed such as photography, I understand that I am responsible for the payment of printing.
I understand

I understand if the above-named submission is selected into the Student Arts Program and is damaged or altered in any way that I must contact the UMC program coordinator immediately. It is at the discretion of the UMC to determine if a restoration of the piece will be considered. If a restoration is considered, I am responsible for any expenses that relate to the restoration. In addition, I also understand that the restored piece will go through a second review process outlined by the UMC program coordinator, in consultation with the UMC leadership team. The UMC reserves all rights to accept or reject any restored piece(s) based on the second review and is not responsible for the compensation of expenses for the restoration.
