Looking for some pre-finals study and test-taking tips?
With the end of the semester in view, there is still time to refine your study and test-taking skills. The Academic Skills Program is offering several workshops on study skills and finals preparation over the next couple of weeks. All of the workshops are free and open to all CU Boulder students.
This summer: Learn to play piano entirely online
Alejandro Cremaschi will teach the finer points of beginner piano playing this summer in an online course geared toward non-music majors. The class is now open for registration and limited to 15 to 20 students.
Hallett Hall will be new Social Justice Living Environment come fall
In fall 2017, Hallett Hall will be transformed into a Social Justice Living Environment with the addition of a peer mentorship program and two new Living and Learning Communities (LLCs).
Student issued summons for false robbery report
After sending a safety email to the campus and investigating a student-reported March 2017 crime, the CU Police Department determined that the student made up the story and the crime never occurred.

Veblen to lecture on human, climate impact on forests and wildfires
Professor Thomas T. Veblen will deliver a Distinguished Research Lecture titled "Wildfire regime shifts in Patagonian-Andean forest ecosystems: Feedbacks and consequences in the face of climate and land-use changes" April 25.
