Swipe it Forward

Help fight food insecurity on campus by participating in Swipe It Forward. Anyone with a meal plan can donate one meal swipe per day. As you check out, tell the cashier you would like to donate.

Weeding and Pruning at the UMC

Stop by the UMC to weed and prune the Pollinator Patch Garden. This garden serves a wide variety of pollinators with season-long blooms. 

DIY Nights: Guided painting class

  5–7 p.m.   UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom
Unwind, get creative and leave with a masterpiece of your own. Join fellow Buffs for a guided painting experience led by a professional painter. No experience is necessary, and all supplies are provided. Registration in BuffConnect is free and required to participate.

Mental Health First Aid

Learn how to support someone experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. In this interactive Mental Health First Aid training, you'll recognize warning signs, explore support resources and practice a five-step action plan to help others with confidence. Mid-Autumn Festival

Queer Cheer: Tarot Series

Take a break, get creative and connect with community at this special Pride gathering. Join graduate student Colleen Ahern for a collective tarot reading and deck creation activity while exploring tarot's LGBTQ+ history. Free Friday Power Hour: Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Unwind, recharge and move with intention at Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This guided class links breath with movement through a series of flowing poses designed to build strength, improve flexibility and reduce stress.
