Happy Halloween and Homecoming week, Buffs! This week brings to campus Senior Night; a Homecoming comedy show; football, volleyball and basketball; pumpkin painting; a Homecoming parade and pep rally; and more.

Monday, Oct. 27

Lug Your Mug

  9 a.m.–noon   Visual Arts Complex
Bring your reusable mug for free coffee! Milk, sugar and creamers are provided as well. You can thank the Environmental Center.

Musicians' Wellness Program film screening

  11:45 a.m.   Imig Music, Chamber Hall (S102)
Join the College of Music's Musicians' Wellness Program for a screening of the documentary "Music, Movement and Transformation: The Body Mapping Story." The film explores how music students move more freely and sound better once they understand how they are anatomically designed to move. 

Homecoming Kickoff

Get in the Halloween spirit! Movies, pumpkin painting, a rave, "Hilloween," themed fitness classes, a zombie apocalypse at the climbing gym and more—don't miss out, and don’t forget to dress up!

Arts and Science Student Government It's Fall Y'all Festival

Get in the fall spirit, have fun with friends, eat free fall snacks, make a hot fall drink and do a whole array of crafts at this timely festival.

How You Use: Exploring Substance Use

Explore how alcohol and other drugs impact your life in a judgment-free space, and learn about campus resources that support your well-being.

2s-Days in the Gaming Lounge

Level up your Tuesdays! Drop by the Gaming Lounge for two free hours of gaming every week. Whether you’re into co-op, competition or just chilling with fellow players, staff will be there to help you get the most out of your playtime. Bring your crew or make new friends—either way, it’s game on.

Landing a Job or Internship

Don’t know where to start or feeling stuck in your job search? No problem! Join Career Services to learn about strategies for finding, applying for and successfully getting jobs and internships. Can't make it? This workshop will be held again Thursday, Oct. 30.

Pumpkin Palooza

Join fellow Buffs for the annual Pumpkin Palooza event! Show off your costume with our photo booth, paint pumpkins with your friends, enjoy pizza and fall treats, and play yard games. Don’t forget to dress up!

Homecoming Senior Night

  5–8:30 p.m.   Folsom Stadium, Touchdown Club
Celebrate Homecoming with fellow seniors. Enjoy a cash bar, free food from Pasta Jays, Homecoming swag and giveaways. This event is in collaboration with Senior Class Council. Buff OneCard required for entry. Must present valid 21+ ID to purchase alcohol; no exceptions. 

BioFrontiers presents: 'How Microbes Could Fight Childhood Diabetes'

  6–8 p.m.   Biotech Building, Butcher Auditorium (A115)
Join Professor Jennifer Hill to learn about her research efforts to develop novel approaches to prevent or reverse diabetes, a disease characterized by beta-cell loss. You'll find out how your body’s microbial residents influence your health!

Come cheer on the Buffs at this student tailgate tradition, hosted by the Division of Student Life and the Dean of Students, before the Homecoming game. There will be free food, games, music and a chance to be chosen as the Student Fan of the Game. The selected Student Fan of the Game will have the chance to walk onto Folsom Field during the game!

Help continue CU Boulder’s tradition of zero waste at football games. Volunteers play a key role in recycling and composting hundreds of thousands of pounds of material every season. Registration is required.
