Welcome to fall, Buffs! This week brings to campus a salsa dance class, a leadership luncheon, bowling, pingpong and gaming tournaments, soccer and football, a Fiske Planetarium anniversary celebration and more.

Monday, Sept. 22

Science opportunities at the CU Spruce Gulch Wildlife and Research Reserve

  Noon–1 p.m.   SEEC S228 (4001 Discovery Drive)
Join CU Professor Emeritus Tim Seastedt to learn about the Spruce Gulch Wildlife and Research Reserve, where for the last 25 years CU researchers have used a private land holding in Lefthand Canyon to conduct research on a number of terrestrial ecosystem studies. This low-elevation research site allows for long-term studies focused at Front Range resilience, and will generate opportunities for a diverse program emphasizing co-production science activities.

Donate a meal swipe to a fellow Buff in need! From Sept. 23 to 25, help fight food insecurity on campus by participating in Swipe It Forward. Anyone with a meal plan can donate one meal swipe per day. As you check out, tell the cashier you would like to donate. Donations are accepted at the following locations:

Student Game Day Huddle
