Faculty Leadership Institute welcomes 15 fellows

The Office of Faculty Affairs is pleased to welcome the 2025–26 cohort of the Faculty Leadership Institute (FLI) fellows, joining a network of 175 faculty participants since the program's inception in 2013.
Through mentorship, leadership workshops and yearlong cohort activities, FLI provides rising leaders with opportunities to connect with senior campus leaders and cultivate sustained networks of support. Lessons from last spring’s leadership conversations—spanning the importance of presence, relationships and adaptability—continue to guide how fellows advance and develop as scholars, educators and leaders.
At its core, FLI is about more than leadership training—it builds community. By bringing together faculty from across campus, the program strengthens connections across academic units and disciplines while preparing the next generation of CU Boulder academic leaders.
