This week brings to campus a stress less event, the spring Be Involved Fair, women's basketball, a CU in the Community volunteer opportunity and more.

Wednesday, Jan. 22

Be Involved Fair 

  11 a.m.–2 p.m.   UMC 235 and Glenn Miller Ballroom
Are you looking to meet new people this semester or get involved with something new? Stop by the Be Involved Fair to meet with student organizations and find different ways to get involved on campus. Whether you join a student organization, connect with a campus department, work an on-campus job, volunteer in your community or find a new hobby to explore, getting involved gives you the opportunity to grow—and the opportunities are endless! 

Stress Less with Health Promotion

Make your own slime, aromatherapy roll-on and stress balls as part of this Stress Less event. Snacks and supplies included.  

Perfect Your Resume & Cover Letter

Want a great resume and attention-getting cover letter to catch the eye of a future employer? Join this workshop to review effective strategies that highlight your skills and experiences in your application materials. Register on Handshake.

Join us for a monthly gathering to learn about leadership and community-building opportunities while centering the experiences of students who identify as women of color. Stop by to enjoy dinner, learn valuable skills and connect with peers and mentors.

CU in the Community: All Aboard Animal Rescue

CU in the Community is a series of one-time, student-led volunteer projects offered each semester in collaboration with local nonprofit organizations. Register here. 

Buffs vs. Kansas State basketball

  1 p.m.   CU Events Center
Cheer on the women's basketball team as they take on the Kansas State University Wildcats at the CU Events Center. CU students with a valid Buff OneCard get free general admission seating.

Buffs After Dark: Trivia Night
