Welcome to November! There are a ton of fun events coming up this month including gaming tournaments at The Connection, resume and professional help, self-care tips, DIY Nights, free Rec classes and more.
Build a Buff Leadership Luncheon: Civic Engagement Burnout

Meditation

Take a midweek pause with the Mindful Campus team at CU Boulder. This 30-minute weekly session offers a rotating mix of contemplative practices led by Crown Wellness Institute facilitators and community members. Open to all experience levels, and a virtual option is available upon request.

Buffs Bandana

Show your support for mental health and suicide prevention by joining the Buffs Bandana program. This campuswide campaign helps raise awareness, reduce stigma and connect students with resources. Grab a green bandana, learn how to support a friend in need and be part of a community that cares.
Interviewing 101

Mobile Food Pantry

The mobile food pantry is free and open to CU Boulder students, faculty and staff, and community members of Boulder and Broomfield counties. Afternoon Movie Series in Access+: 'Crip Camp'

Join for a thought-provoking movie afternoon to watch "Crip Camp" (2020), a powerful documentary that chronicles the inspiring journey of a group of teenagers with disabilities who attended a Camp Jened in the 1970s and their role in the disability rights movement.
