Friday, Oct. 27

‘Hill’oween

 5–8 p.m. University Hill, Beach Park
University Hill is having a Halloween party! There will be a movie, costume contest, pumpkin carving, free food and more.

Costume Archery Tag

 5–7 p.m. Rec Center turf gym
Enjoy an evening of Halloween-style archery tag! You’ll want to come prepared, as winning teams will receive T-shirts.

Power Yoga 

 5:30–6:30 p.m.  Rec Center, Mind Body Studio
Breath in…breathe out. Enjoy free Halloween yoga at The Rec.

Halloween @ the Climbing Gym

 7–10 p.m. Rec Center climbing gym
If climbing is your thing, head over to the climbing gym for a session, Halloween-style.

Friday Night Film Series: ‘Hocus Pocus’

Enjoy the cult classic we’ve all come to know and love, “Hocus Pocus.” The 1993 film follows a trio of witches who are resurrected by a teenage boy.

Buffs After Dark: Glow-in-the-dark Halloween celebration

What could be better than your standard Halloween celebration? A glow-in-the-dark Halloween celebration! The Rec invites you to play some glow-in-the-dark games. In true Halloween fashion, costumes are encouraged.

Haunted Halls: Nightmare in Barbieland

 8–11 p.m. Stearns East basement
Pink, cheerful Barbieland is getting a makeover in this Resident Hall Association annual Haunted Halls event.

Halloween Laser Magic & Mysterious Moons of the Solar System

Oct. 28, 29  1–2 p.m. Fiske Planetarium $8–$12
Do the Monster Mash at Fiske! During this presentation, you will explore the explore the most bizzare, eerie and otherworldly moons of our solar system.

Buffs After Dark: ‘Rocky Horror Picture Show’

 7 p.m. Boulder Theater Pick up free tickets starting Oct. 26 in UMC 330
“Rocky Horror Picture Show” is the longest-running release in film history. This showing will include a cast of performers who will act out the movie as it plays in the background.

Haunted Halloween Hike

 6–9 p.m. South Mesa Trailhead $25
Are you up for a local hike…in the dark? Bring some friends along to check out a local (and likely haunted) trail.

I Love Mondays: Halloween candy

Health Hut: Plan Your Halloween

Exorcising your Haunted Data

Attend a Halloween-themed Python data processing workshop. During this workshop, attendees will learn new data processing techniques. Anyone can attend; registration is required.

DIY Night: Pumpkin Palooza
