The University Libraries celebrates the achievements, impact and contributions of our LGBTQIA+ community every day. During the month of June, we take pride in and honor our LGBTQIA+ students, staff and faculty.

We created a Pride Month research guide to provide ways for people to connect with local LGBTQIA+ organizations, attend local Pride programming, become an ally or learn more about LBGTQIA+ history and communities.

LGBTQIA+ Pride Guide

The guide is the work of Collection Assessment Librarian Arthur Aguilera, Education Librarian Linds Roberts and Head of Archives and Collections Megan Friedel.

Our guide brings together current local events and organizations, recommendations of books and films, and archival documents from our Rare and Distinctive Collections. We hope this guide serves as a valuable resource to learn more about LGBTQIA+ community.
