The University of Colorado Board of Regents voted to advance Todd Saliman as the finalist in its search for a new CU president, the university system announced today. 

A community open forum with the finalist and board members will occur at CU Boulder within two weeks, with the confirmed date and details forthcoming. 

In a statement, CU Boulder Chancellor Philip DiStefano said: 

I’m pleased to see the Board of Regents take this important step in selecting the next president of the CU system, and I appreciate the dedicated work of the search committee in arriving at this point. I encourage the entire CU Boulder community to attend our upcoming forum with the finalist to learn more and ask questions. This is a great opportunity to make your voices heard about the future of the CU system.”
