Connect with other Buffs while you enjoy mini charcuterie boards at I Love Mondays! Learn about campus departments, student organizations and events to help you become more connected on campus.

Self-Defense Workshop at the Rec

 7 p.m.  Rec Center, Studio 2
This workshop is designed to help attendees gain confidence in defending themselves against perpetrators of sexual assault. Additionally, attendees gain an understanding of empowerment and joy through physical activity.

Participate in this networking event to check out what some of CU Boulder’s most prominent alumni employers are up to. Explore the exciting world of startups and entrepreneurship! The virtual Startups2Students event gives you the opportunity to hear startups pitch their companies and open projects, internships and jobs. Sustainable Solutions Challenge Boulder Pitch Night

 5:30 p.m.  UMC, Rooms 382–86
The top five teams have submitted their ideas for sustainable innovations. They will present pitches at a campus competition, which will be judged live. This event is open to audience members in person and remotely via Zoom. Cash prizes will be awarded to a winner, a runner-up and an audience favorite.

Take Back the Night

 7 p.m.  UMC Fountain
Join the Phi Chapter of Sigma Psi Zeta at CU Boulder for Take Back the Night. There will be guest speakers, an open mic, a march around the campus and a candlelight vigil to unite women on campus and encourage feminists and survivors to reclaim agency over their stories by sharing them and then acting on that empowerment by taking to the streets.

Watch a movie on the big screen with Program Council! This week’s film is Encanto. There will be free popcorn, and the event is open to all students and guests. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.; the film begins at 8 p.m.

Grab a couple of friends and get ready to have a great night at The Connection, Friday and Saturday nights. Enjoy the fun of bowling with black lights, colored lane lights and color pins. It’s the only extreme bowling you’ll find in Boulder!

Yoga for Stress and Anxiety

Cultivate a yoga practice that supports your physical, mental and emotional well-being. This class will demonstrate how yoga can help you develop clarity, self-confidence and skills for managing your health. No experience needed, and drop-ins are welcome.

Romance Movie Night

Join your fellow Buffs for a rom-com movie night. Attendees can consider how rom-com movies socialize viewers to accept toxic behaviors in a relationship, identify red flags in relationships and learn about campus resources for intimate partner abuse
