Computer support issues don’t take a break over the summer and neither does the Buff Techs desktop support service. You can still schedule an appointment for in-person or remote support so you can get help wherever and whenever you need it, including the same day!
The Buff Techs offer the following services for free to students, faculty and staff:
- Malware removal
- Device troubleshooting
- Service support
- Buff Techs offer limited support for Canvas, Zoom, and various other IT services and issues.
- Case escalation
- Buff Techs will review all other technology issues, and if they are unable to help, refer these cases to the appropriate IT group for resolution.
