University of Colorado Boulder Chancellor Philip DiStefano today announced four finalists for the position of vice chancellor for advancement.

The finalists are:

  • Derek Bellin, interim vice chancellor for advancement, University of Colorado Boulder.
  • Katy Herbert Kotlarczyk, assistant vice president of gift planning and annual giving, University of Colorado.
  • Maryam Henson, associate vice president, central development, George Washington University.
  • Tiffani Shaw, executive vice president and chief operating officer, University of Iowa Center for Advancement.

“I’d like to thank Interim Dean Jim White and the committee for their work in selecting this group of outstanding finalists,” said DiStefano. “I’d also like to thank Derek Bellin for his continued leadership as interim vice chancellor for advancement since December.”

Finalist interviews will take place in July, including a virtual town hall with each candidate and the Advancement community. The goal is to name a new vice chancellor of advancement by late summer.
