Join CU Boulder’s all-virtual commencement ceremony at noon, local time, on Thursday, May 6. Chip tossing a graduation cap.

The ceremony will include remarks from speaker Dwinita “Nita” Mosby Tyler, founder of The Equity Project––a consulting firm supporting organizations and communities in building diversity, equity and inclusion strategies–– Chancellor Philip DiStefano and others.

Additional highlights will include: the National Anthem and Alma Mater; comments by Senior Class Council President Allie Reuter; the senior class video; deans recognizing outstanding graduates and presenting schools and colleges for degree conferral; and the Norlin Charge. 

During the ceremony, CU Boulder will confer 9,307 undergraduate and graduate degrees. The degree candidates are from fall 2020 and spring and summer 2021. They include 6,967 bachelor’s degrees, 1,747 master’s degrees, 402 doctoral degrees and 191 law degrees. (These numbers may shift slightly as degrees are verified.)
