STEM Industries Career & Internship Fair

 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ​ Virtual
Are you looking for an internship or other job opportunities? Attend the STEM Industry Career & Internship Fair where employers will be recruiting in the fields of robotics, computer science, technology and more. No matter your experience, all students are welcome! Be sure to register on Handshake for this free event.

Networking: The basics and beyond

 1–2 p.m. ​ Zoom
Learn about networking basics, how to network in a genuine way and how to take networking to the next level. Registration is required. 


Wednesday Feb. 3

Computing and Software Career & Internship Fair

 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ​ Virtual
Come speak with engineers one-on-one and learn about a broad spectrum of work opportunities. If you’re interested in software or engineering, no matter your level, this is a great chance to learn more. Don’t forget to register on Handshake to attend.

DSCC Dialogues: Black Joy, Triumph and Success

 5 p.m. ​ Virtual
Join your fellow students and the Center for Inclusion and Social Change in conversation to share your experiences and learn from each other in a safe space. This weekly event is hosted by the Dennis Small Cultural Center.

Wellness Wednesdays: Importance of Gratitude

Learn why gratitude is important and how to get started. Don’t forget to register for Wellness Wednesdays!

How to Gain Experience and Build Skills without a Job

 3–4 p.m. ​ Virtual
Are you looking for opportunities beyond traditional jobs and internships to build your résumé and skill set? Whether you have work experience or not, come learn about alternative experiences like freelance work, volunteering, entrepreneurship and more! Register on Handshake.

Virtual Micro-Internship Fair

 4 p.m. ​ Virtual

Do you want to make extra money? Have some spare time on your schedule? Bring a friend and attend the Virtual Micro-Internship Fair! A micro-internship is a short-term, paid, professional assignment. Build your résumé and grow your networks with a part-time project. Register on Handshake and be prepared in case you get the chance to interview!

Community Game Night: Trivia Night

 4 p.m. ​ Virtual
Do you know random facts you’re eager to share? Come put your skills to the test in a unique virtual experience full of trivia. You can have your camera on or off, or even join from your computer or phone. You’ll be competing for prizes, and you might have a chance to meet some new people along the way! Make sure to register for this fun filled event.

Take part in a free fitness class through The Rec! From HITT workouts to yoga, you can register for in-person or virtual classes. If you’re visiting the Rec Center, don’t forget to bring your Buff OneCard.
