Hansel and Gretel: An opera by Engelbert Humperdinck

 Runs through 11 p.m. Feb. 15 Virtual
The Eklund Opera Program brings the Brothers Grimm to the Music Theatre with Humperdinck's decadent opera “Hansel and Gretel.” Indulge your imagination as you join two children venturing into the woods in search of something sweet to eat. With deliciously rich orchestration, simmering wit, and a sumptuous witch hiding out in a candy-coated cottage, this famous fairy tale is delightful at any age.

Campus safety info session with CU Boulder Police

Moving away from home or sending your child to school can be scary. In this informational session, CU Boulder Police will introduce you to our full-service police department, share our top campus crimes and teach you ways to help prevent those crimes from happening to you.

Buff Meet-Ups: Being a Buff

Get the inside scoop on college life from Journey Leader Mentors. These students are here to help you navigate the transition to CU Boulder. They will share advice on what to expect, favorite campus resources, how to get involved and much more. Register here.

Free bouldering at The Rec

 Jan. 5–14  10 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Rec Center
Have you always wanted to try bouldering but don’t know how to go about it? Or perhaps you don’t have the right equipment? Well, now is your chance! The Rec Center is offering free shoe rentals and free bouldering at the state of the art climbing wall through Jan. 14. Be sure to register today to reserve your spot!
