Congressman Joe Neguse announced Elena Aranda as the winner of the 2020 Polly Baca Raices Fuertes Community Leader Award in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. Aranda is a professional research assistant at CU's Renée Crown Wellness Institute. The award is being given during Hispanic Heritage Month, when the contributions of so many diverse and rich experiences are honored.
