CU Boulder will kick off a series of weekly COVID-19 updates for students, faculty, staff and parents/guardians that will occur each Tuesday via Zoom. These updates will take place from noon to 1 p.m., the first session being on Tuesday, Sept. 29. The series will run through Nov. 17.

Panelists for the first weekly update will include Chancellor Phil DiStefano, Provost Russell Moore, Interim Executive Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer Patrick O’Rourke and representatives from the city of Boulder and Boulder County Public Health, who will answer questions about where the university stands with its efforts to manage COVID-19.

Campus experts will also provide participants with more information about the university’s ongoing support to the campus community, what students, faculty and staff need to know to comply with recent public health orders, and what they can do to protect each other. In addition, the experts will respond to questions during a moderated Q&A session.

The city of Boulder, with CU Boulder and other partners, also recently launched a weekly virtual briefing that occurs each Thursday.
