Buff Stops

Be sure to look around campus for some Buff Stop tents and get directions to your classes, ask questions or pick up a face covering if you haven't received yours yet! Buff OneCard/student ID required for face covering pickup.

CUnity Fest

 4–7 p.m.  Zoom
Celebrate the diversity within the CU Boulder community at CUnity Fest! This event features information about the diverse multicultural student organizations, events and resources that are available to you. There will be a live Zoom party featuring music from DJ Ambitious Boy. Register today!

Virtual Be Involved Fair

Make new connections and learn about opportunities to get involved on campus and in the community at the Be Involved Fair! Each day will be tailored to showcase organizations that relate to a category of involvement so that you can easily navigate the event. The areas of involvement include:

  • Tuesday, Aug. 25: Academic Interest 
  • Wednesday, Aug. 26: Health and Wellness 
  • Thursday, Aug. 27: Social and Environmental Justice

How to find an internship workshop

Learn the best tips and tricks on how to find an internship from Career Services. Get help with your résumé, how to describe your professional experience and more.

Guided paint class

 7 p.m.  Zoom
All of you crafty Buffs who love to paint: Join The Center for Student Involvement and Tracy’s Place for a virtual guided paint class of a Colorado aspen grove. Even if you do not have painting experience, you will still be able to create a piece of art you can be proud of. Space is limited, and registration is required. After registering for the event, supplies can be picked up at various locations on campus. Instructions for accessing the Zoom event will be included in the paint kit at pickup.

Campus bike tour

 4–5 p.m.  Williams Village Rec Center
Attention all of you cycle Buffs: Learn to navigate all of the best cycle routes along campus! Bring your bike or rent a B-cycle bike with your free student membership and join a casual bike tour on campus and beyond. You’ll ride some of the preferred bike routes in and around campus, get basic safety tips and learn more about the many transportation resources that campus and Boulder have to offer. Space is limited, so register in advance.

Drag Queen Bingo

 8 p.m.  Zoom
Get lucky with Drag Queen Bingo! Join the Center for Student Involvement and RuPaul’s Drag Race superstar Alexis Michelle to play bingo and win tons of cool prizes! Space is limited, and registration is required for this event.
