Come join a ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception on Tuesday, Dec. 3, to celebrate the grand opening of the new Ombuds office space inside the Center for Community!

CU Boulder Provost Russell L. Moore will be cutting the ribbon to officially open the new Ombuds office space in the Center for Community, Suite S484, at noon Dec. 3. Chip, CU Boulder’s beloved costumed buffalo mascot, will be available for selfies from noon to 1 p.m., with a reception to follow the ribbon-cutting ceremony until 3 p.m.

The new ombuds office space allows all ombuds to operate in the same location, provides significant improvements in safety, and adds more consultation spaces.

“We are very pleased with our new space, which fulfills ARPAC (Academic Review and Planning Advisory Committee) requirements and provides us with much greater efficiency in our work,” said Ombuds Office Director Kirsi Aulin.
