Do you have plans for fall break? Join the Outdoor Program for an adventure in Moab, Utah. Don't worry - you'll get back in time to spend Thanksgiving with family and friends.

From November 23 to 26, explore the Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, and experience the magic of these natural landmarks. Your days will be packed with hiking, climbing and mountain biking. No previous experience is necessary to register for the trip. Here are just a few reasons to join in on the fun.


Take a break from your everyday routine

Fall break is a great time to get away, de-stress and make new memories. A short break can boost your productivity and set you up for success during the rest of the semester.


Meet new people

This trip is a great way to meet new friends and get to know them on another level through a variety of activities. Exploring some of the most beautiful parts of the country with your new travel companions is just icing on the cake!

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life at CU. Spending a few days in the great outdoors will give you an opportunity to relax and appreciate the natural world around you.


Trip registration

  • Students who sign up before November 1 will receive a 10 percent discount on the trip. The regular registration deadline is November 13.
  • There is also a pre-trip meeting on November 14 from 6-7:30 p.m. in Outdoor Program Classroom (1st floor, Rec Center).
