Boulder Staff Council, in collaboration with the I&S Mentor Program, will be hosting an informational session to provide CU staff the opportunity to learn more about the benefits the Infrastructure & Sustainability Mentor Program (ISMP) has created for staff, supervisors, and departmental success.

This mentor program functions on a partner team model. Program participants serve as role models to each other, providing support in identifying and pursuing career goals, and enhancing skills to prepare employees for future success in their careers with their department and the University of Colorado Boulder. Supervisors, department and organizational leaders are encouraged to attend to learn more about how staff participation in the program (or launching a program within your own division) can increase employee engagement and collaboration among campus units. Watch here to learn more!
