With a focus on closing gaps and improving inclusive interactions, the spring Diversity and Inclusion Summit on Feb. 12 brought a variety of opportunities for attendees. Together, they explored the campus IDEA Plan and other topics including personal intent versus impact, breaking down institutional racism, the campus cultural climate, accessibility and universal design, inclusive classrooms, inclusive hiring, the social impact of hip-hop and more.
