Recent media reports have suggested that policies designed to protect people from discrimination based on gender identity may be changed by the Trump administration in the near future.

We at the University of Colorado Boulder reaffirm and stand in support of our transgender and gender non-binary students, faculty and staff and all other members of the CU Boulder community regardless of sexual orientation, race, color, national origin, pregnancy, sex, age, disability, creed, religion, veteran status or political affiliation or philosophy. This support is based on university values and is underscored by policies established by the CU Board of Regents, and state and federal laws.

Our commitment to being a diverse, engaged community that supports all members has not wavered. We are committed to a welcoming and inclusive university where everyone can be their full self.
