Charlie Kirk, founder and executive director of Turning Point USA, and Candace Owens, the organization’s communications director, will speak at CU Boulder on Oct. 3. The CU Boulder student chapter of Turning Point USA will host the event, which will be the first stop on the speakers’ Campus Clash tour this fall.
Kirk and Owens will be discussing limited government and political culture. The location of the evening event and the start time will be announced soon.
“Whether people agree or disagree with them, Charlie and Candace’s message has resonated with others and has provoked people to dig deeper into why they believe what they believe,” said Ashley Mayer, president of the TPUSA organization at CU Boulder. “Their intellect and message have inspired thousands of young conservatives to become passionate activists.”
Tickets to the free event are available through the Turning Point USA website.
Attendees can expect airport-like screening to be in place. You must have a ticket to gain admission, but the event will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis. No bags, backpacks or purses of any size will be allowed.
