Boulder Campus Staff Council is postponing an informational town hall focused on the staff PERA benefit. It was scheduled for 4:30 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, at the UMC. A new date for the event is forthcoming and will be publicized in CU Boulder Today.

The event will provide insight from local legislators, as well as an overview from PERA personnel. There will be a Q&A session during the second half of the town hall, featuring questions provided by those in attendance.

The goal is to provide staff an overview from several differing vantage points concerning their PERA benefit and how the state, university and PERA are working together to provide a sound foundation for PERA’s future and CU Boulder staff. Council hopes the session will provide a greater awareness of how PERA works, what its challenges are and what the university's part in the bigger picture might look like.
