The Active Harmer Level 1 Class is designed as a reactive training on how to respond if an incident occurs, regardless of whether it occurs on campus or elsewhere. The course reviews basic statistical data and watches the video “Shots Fired!” as a group. After watching the video, the class will discuss how to react if you ever find yourself in one of these situations. Every effort is made to address concerns, dispel myths and develop response options.

If you attempt to register for the Feb. 12 class and it is full, you will be added to the wait list and automatically notified if a spot becomes available. You'll need to bring your Buff OneCard as your admission ticket.

If you are not able to attend, CUPD highly recommends watching the “Shots Fired” and “Run, Hide, Fight” videos on the CUPD website.
