Starting in November, UMC Events Planning & Catering will be known as CU Events Planning & Catering to reflect the service the University Memorial Center (UMC) and Campus Dining Services jointly provide to venues across campus and off-campus in the areas of reservations, setup, A/V and catering.
Together, they serve many of the campus’s event planning and catering needs. You also may have noticed updates to their catering menus and new seasonal menus that highlight fun and unique offerings that pair well with the seasons of Colorado!
In the near future, CU Events also will transition to a new catering software, resulting in a different layout of your catering order confirmations.
If you have questions, feel free to contact your event planner. They can answer questions and point you toward a new breakfast, salad, lunch or dessert item; the Maple Bourbon Brioche French Toast has been getting great reviews!
