Take a break with Wardenburg Health Services at Feel Good Fridays, a free guided meditation to undo stress, soothe the nervous system and feel better.

When: Every Friday, 12:15-12:45 p.m.
Where: CU Art Museum

Feel Good Fridays takes place from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. each week (except during finals) at the CU Art Museum. Students, staff and faculty are welcome to attend. 

Attendees are encouraged to bring whatever they need to be comfortable (e.g., yoga mat, a small pillow or cushion). Please be sure to arrive on time so the meditation is not disturbed. There will be no late admittance.
