Join CU Boulder's Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative for a week of innovation and entrepreneurial events Oct. 16–20, including entrepreneurship and innovation fairs, workshops and pitch sessions. 

Tuesday, Oct. 17

Everything Entrepreneurship

The event begins with quick, one-minute, pitches of campus programs aligned to entrepreneurship, then becomes a fair style event with food where people can mingle, ask questions, and learn more about entrepreneurial resources.

Wednesday, Oct. 18 

Social Innovation Pipeline Fair

The first social innovation pipeline fair on campus will convene academic and campus programs and Boulder community organizations to provide resources, information and tutorials about social innovation—a model of innovation focused on social impact and solving critical needs in society.

Customer Discovery and Empathy Research Workshop 

Everyone is welcome to join the Design for America: Customer Discovery and Empathy Research Workshop hosted by CU Boulder's Design for America studio. Immersion is the first step in the design process and one that no entrepreneur/inventor/designer can afford to skip. At this workshop you will learn how to get inside the minds of your customers through various empathy exercises.

Thursday, Oct. 19 

Startups2Students

Join CU Boulder's Innovation & Entreprenuership Initiative Oct. 19 for the Startups2Students event, where 20 Boulder and Denver startups will pitch their companies to students. Flipping the traditional career fair on it’s head, Startups2Students begins with a one-hour pitch session where each startup will get the chance to pitch their company. A networking event follows where students can meet the companies they like best.
