Graduation day is closing in, and it’s time to celebrate!

Each year, The Herd and Alumni Association host a party to celebrate the university's newest graduating class. Grad Bash 2017 is set for Thursday, May 4, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Koenig Alumni Center, located at Broadway and University Ave.

The event includes free food and drinks and will feature a DJ as well as representatives from groups across campus.

The Alumni Association will be handing out information on chapters and alumni clubs, and Career Services will be available to provide information on finding a job after graduating. Athletics will have discounted football season tickets for young alumni, as well.

Last year, more than 1,500 graduates showed up, and you don't want to miss an even bigger bash this year. So come join the party, rain or shine!

Graduates are allowed a plus-one, but guests must be pre-registered. Plus, receive a free commemorative pint glass when you RSVP. Attendees 21 and over should be sure to bring ID.
