OpenRefine data-wrangling workshop April 11

Do you have messy data or does your data need wrangling? OpenRefine can help!

Formerly known as Google Refine, OpenRefine is a free, open-source application used for cleaning and transforming data. It is easy to learn, easy to use and particularly useful for working with messy data!

At the April 11 workshop, instructor Phil White will introduce participants to the OpenRefine interface and then walk everyone through cleaning up some common messy-data problems.

Please bring your own laptop with OpenRefine pre-installed. If you need assistance with installation, feel free to contact White via email at philip.white@colorado.edu.

Though walk-ins will be welcomed, advance registration is recommended to secure your spot.
