BUENO Summer Institute early-bird registration ends March 31
Join leading experts on the beautiful CU Boulder campus July 19 and 20 for an inspiring and thought-provoking institute covering topics related to culturally- and linguistically-diverse education.
Hosted by the BUENO Center for Multicultural Education, the 2017 Summer Institute "From the Past into the Future: Equity, Justice, and Diversity" will include research-based, engaging and participatory sessions with CU Boulder and BUENO Center faculty, researchers and professors addressing topics such as biliteracy instruction, English language development, special education and family and community engagement.

The event itinerary and session details are now available on the BUENO website. Some of the themes include: parent and community engagement, biliteracy, special education, culture and STEM.
The institute is designed for both novice and experienced K-12 teachers and school administrators. Participants will have the opportunity to select from a variety of workshops that best meet their interests and needs. It is recommended participants attend in teams. Some of the sessions will be delivered in Spanish.
