From Monday, Dec. 12, to Friday, Dec. 16, The Recreation Center will be offering free fitness classes, bouldering and ice skating rentals for students during finals week. The offer is also open to faculty, staff and other university affiliates with memberships.

Plus, taking a study break to exercise may actually help you with your final exams! Studies have found those who participate in collegiate recreation programs have less stress and maintain a higher GPA than those who do not.

The Rec Center offers over 300,000 square feet of recreation activity space, including the only ice rink in Boulder, basketball and volleyball courts, indoor swimming pools, a state-of-the art climbing gym and more. Come and explore the opportunities that await you!
