Develop and refine leadership skills in CU employee certificate program

The University of Colorado Boulder Department of Human Resources and Lockheed Martin Engineering Management Program have partnered to offer a graduate leadership and management certificate for CU employees, which is now open for spring 2017 enrollment.

The CU Employee Leadership and Management Certificate was developed to help current and future leaders develop and refine their leadership skills and learn new ways to measure and enhance organizational effectiveness. The program grants 12 credit hours, and the courses may be applied toward the Master of Engineering (ME) in engineering management.

Students can expect courses in the following areas:

  • Project management
  • Quality, strategy and value creation
  • Leading oneself
  • Ethical decision making
