John Birch: A Life

Terry Lautz will discuss his new book "John Birch: A Life," described by Oxford Press as, "the remarkable story of who he actually was: an American missionary-turned-soldier who wanted to save China, but became a victim instead." Hosted in Humanities 250 on Thursday, Oct. 13 from 5 to 6 p.m.

Lautz is Trustee and Director of the Harvard Yenching Institute and Visiting Professor at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
