As we enter the month of October, the midpoint of the semester is in sight. Now is a great time for a personal check up.

- If you are struggling academically, reach out, there are campus resources available to help you. Academic resources.
- Every CU student is assigned an academic advisor, and your advisor can help you with so much more than academic schedule planning. Your advisor is here to support you in your academic and personal journey through college life. You'll find your advisor on MyCUInfo. You can also take advantage of campus-wide drop-in advising hours, available every Monday from 1 to 3 p.m. to access advising resources for any major or minor across campus.
- Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) on campus offers confidential, on-campus mental health and psychiatric services for a variety of concerns such as academics, anxiety, body image, depression, relationships, substance use and more. Campus locations: Wardenburg Health Center and the Center for Community (C4C). CAPS.
- Go to office hours and check in with your professor.
- Revisit your goals for the semester, or create goals for the rest of the semester.
- If you have been thinking about getting involved in activities outside of school, A good place to begin exploring is the Center for Student Involvement.
