On Wednesday evening Chancellor DiStefano welcomed more than 250 active CU Boulder benefactors to the 2016 Chancellor’s Celebration of Donors. The campus enjoyed the opportunity to thank these individuals who support and appreciate the great work of our students, faculty and staff.
Private donations to the CU Boulder rose about 29 percent to a record $145.8 million in fiscal year 2016, which translates into a range of new opportunities across a variety of academic disciplines.
While this is a fabulous result, CU Boulder still has a long way to go to build the level of endowment that will successfully support the university into the future. We know we can achieve this together!
