Illenium will headline the annual Welcomefest Concert taking place on Farrand Field on Saturday, Aug. 20. K.Flay, 888 and Slow Caves are slated to open. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. The annual Welcomefest Concert is sponsored by Program Council.

Admission is free for all current CU Boulder students, who will need a valid Buff OneCard to pick up a wristband for concert entry. Valid Buff OneCards will be scanned in exchange for a wristband on Saturday, Aug. 20, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the C4C; 12 to 10 p.m. at the northeast side of Farrand Field; and 5 to 10 p.m. at the southwest side of Farrand Field. Ticketing locations will be clearly marked.

Also performing at the Welcomefest Concert will be the internationally touring Indie-Rock band Joywave and the Colorado-based bands Sunboy and Innerspace.
