Chance The Rapper and Kygo to perform at CU Oct. 1
Chance The Rapper and Kygo will perform at CU-Boulder's Balch Fieldhouse on Wednesday, Oct. 1, at 8 p.m. Doors for the show, which is hosted by Program Council, open at 7:30 p.m. Opening acts are yet to be announced.
Admission for students will be $30, while non-students may purchase tickets for $45. It will be mandatory for all concertgoers to bring a printed ticket as well as a valid form of photo identification for entry to the concert. The show is part of the Verge Campus Tour.
Chicago native Chancellor Bennett initially gained attention upon the release of his first full-length mixtape entitled "10 Day." After the release of his second mixtape, "Acid Rap," Chance the Rapper has seen his popularity grow.
From venturing on a worldwide tour with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis to having over 3 million spectators view his performance at Lollapalooza online this year, Chance has experienced great success despite never releasing an official album.
