Reza Mirsajadi, PhD candidate at Tufts University, was a distinguished guest lecturer for our graduate Global Ancient and Classical Theatre course this fall. He presented his research on contemporary Iranian theatre and its use of the Western canon as well as a presentation on the history and contemporary status of the Ta’ziyeh.
