Staff Programs

This training provides new Student Life employees with useful information about the division and resources for staff. There will be opportunities to ask questions and connect with other new staff members. New staff are strongly encouraged to attend a New Employee Orientation session within their first six months in the Division of Student Life.

The Student Life Mentorship Program provides career and professional development opportunities for staff, whether they serve as a mentor or a mentee. Both roles will help staff develop skills they need to progress in the next steps of their career.

The SL Emerging Leaders Academy is a career opportunity to division leaders and aspiring leaders interested in building a leadership foundation to lead self, others and an organization. Participants will be actively engaged through discussions and presentations.

Connection Programs

Team-Up Tuesdays is your new go-to series for connection, collaboration and community within the Division of Student Life. This monthly program brings colleagues together to recharge and reengage.

Social Interest Groups are a vibrant part of our Student Life community, offering staff the opportunity to build meaningful connections through shared interests and activities. Join an established group or start a new one!
